i'm having trouble sleeping, which is weird because i WAS the type of person who would go to sleep at 8 p.m. and wake up at 12 in the afternoon.
but now i go to sleep, i sleep for about 4 hours tops then i wake up. i force myself to go back to sleep but i wake up atleast 3 times a night. at the most i wake up 10-15 times a night. it's like i don't need that much sleep anymore but.... there's more. i keep having nightmares all the time or i feel like i'm freezing. i feel restless constantly and just like eric i end up staring at the ceiling for hours. i thought it was stress from school but now that it's spring break it's been 3 nights and i'm still having the same problem. it's not my bed either because we've adjusted it, even switched it for a bigger bed. nothing's working.
anybody have any ideas of what's going on?
