Starting Notes: Written by Stan Lee (American comic book writer of Spiderman and others) and drawn by Hiroyuki Takei (Maker of Shaman King) Collaberated to creat the One-Shot ULTIMO, soon to be a full series in Jump Squared.
Synopsis: High above Farmless City, citizens are stunned by the sudden appearance of two floating figures. Are they human boys, monolithic robots, or something much more strange? As the battle ensues between them, destruction and devastation falls on the hapless city. One figure is Vice, and seems to be as evil as his name implies. The other is Ultimo, intent on trying to stop Vice from wreaking more havoc.
Review: It's REALLY COOL. Stan Lee is a great writer and Hiroyuki Takei draws really awesome futuristic technology. I really like the idea of it and I can see fantastic developments in the works. DEFINATLY worth checking out.

A preview of this series was featured in the latest issue of the AMerican Shonen Jump Magazine, and interviews with author Stan Lee proclaim that the U.S. releases for ULTIMO will be as close as possible to the japanese releases, attempting to be the closest ever for a manga.
