Cyber city Oedo
so it a three episode anime by the guy who did ninja scroll .... it really cool and nuts and enlightneing..its about amking convicts into cops to take time off there sentence.....in the future

I only saw a few minutes of the episode about the Spacescraper. It was really impressive to see this massive structure on a large screen, and then to see it wave back and forth as it's about to fall.... eek . That's why it's so awesome to watch anime on the big screen if you get a chance. The only problem was that on the DVD you could hear the English dub faintly in the background as the Japanese dub was played. It could just be that it was from the early age of DVDs, before the format was perfected.
