Located in the very center of the KonohaGakure is the Hokage Tower. Hidden within this tall building is the Leader of the Leaf Village, the Hokage. Hokage's usually make very rare appearances in the village due to being bombarded with tons of paper work. When being assigned a mission, you come here immediately.
