A small city of elves, the strongest elven power or it was before the elven genocide laws. The law states if you see a elf of light skin they are to be killed immeditely, on sight. Elves since then have kept hidden and any demon they see they kill they usually try to spare the human's unless the human goes after them following the genocide laws. This is what it looks like note the "random building" is their but it's just a hermit human that lives their. He is actually a friend of the elven leader but would not admit as much. His name is James.  Most of the elves live in the deeper part of the forest that looks as so:

Zeo said "I do not know why the human's in the silver rebellion have yet to send us word. We have wanted a alliance. At any rate, it does not matter we must crush Merek's forced tommorow we first must find them however. This war is going badly for us, most of our elven kin have died in the past few days we must win this war. The only way to get that is joining with Zak Zel'urtha and his companions!"
Zemra, the king of the elves said "I do not know if I agree with you completely on this. We have already lost too many lives prehaps we should just give King Draco the treaty."
Zeo said "I cannot believe the words of my king! This is treason for you just to even say such words. Years has it been since we have been fighting the demon's to reclaim this world to peace. Human's are being sacrificed daily and remember that we must give elven madiens to them to feast upon. You're a monster if your willing to sacrifice your people to the demon's to keep your own life. No king of mine would do something so stupid and so....radical!"
Zemra said "I suppose you are right Zeo, I do want to postpone our attack however. I want to get in contact with the silver rebellion before making a move so tell all of the elves not to attack even if you see Merek himself walking down our forest grounds. We must stay hidden in order to survive."
Zeo shook his head "I shall my lord, thank you for your agreement to not make a contract with those wrethced demon's."
Zemra said "Thank me not, you as usual are in the right."
Zeo disapeared in the distance, doing what he was ordered.

Darma walked through the city of Gloriana it was a strange place and much had changed since the angels underestimated the demons numbers and knowledge, he kept his tail and wings well conceiled and watched people closely as they passed the wings werent hard to hide for they near dissappeared when not neaded but the tail was a different story he mainly kept it wrapped around his waist and it acted much like a belt and was always in the open, but even still he walked on wondering where to look for work, he had stumbled on to the city on accident looking for work the elves seemed like any other elves going about their lives enslaved by the demon empire, nothing seamed strange.

The "elven city" is really just a small forest to where they make plans to take down Merek. They hide even when human's enter unless they wear the silver rebellion markings, i'm just going to respond somewhat to your post as if you were walking through the forest.
Zeo as the head of the royal guard was quick to react the a intruder in the area. His bow was already set and pointed and he yelled "What brings you here?"

(kk sry it sounded like a city with hidden rebbelion members that anyone could walk into)
Darma stopped and without looking replied "i am just a hired hand looking for work, nothing but passing through unless their is a job opportunaty"

Zeo said "I apologize, but we are low on funds as it is, but how do I just allow you to go on? You could easily be a demonic spy, you human." Zeo hated Humans, he really did even though they tried to "spare" humans every time Zeo seen what he ended up getting in a fight.
ooc: I assume they look like human's since you hid the tail and wings.

"well if you wish contain me, just as long as theyre`s food i dont care, i am but a simple traveling man trying to make it by and i am human" still standing still his tail twitched a bit this was the first time in along time his motives had been questioned normaly he was left alone. his hair swayed gently in the breeze.

Zeo said "Teh, you may pass I suppose. We are just a hidden city of human's who fear demons. Go on, and please do not reveal us..our lives are at stake." That was just a small lie that would maybe conceal their location. As well allowing him to pass on through, they did not want to hire hands, they were close to a alliance with another rebellion and barely had any money at all anyways...war is a money consumer. Arrows mostly cost a lot since the fletchers of their race are a bit greedy although that ended a few years ago and they make bows for free, along with arrows.

"thank you" darma continued along his path hopeing to soon find work maybe a hume city would provide he had heard of one that was ruled by a great demon perhaps they were short on help, he would go there and ask around

Gloriana, the beautiful elven city seemed to welcome him in, yet keeping hidden Graethyn moved along the streets watching for anything that would jump his suspicions. A demon lingered close by teasing a couple young humans. A smirk moved up his lips as he slowly moved up behind the demon, withdrawing a dagger and slashing in across the demon's neck taking it clean off and dropping it to the ground and smirking at the young humans. Slipping back into the darkness, something drew his attention... Someone was watching him.

-Their are no "Streets" as I said before its a forest.
-Their are no human's either
-The possibility a demon would be here is also very low.
