You can only live in SS if you're a soul, plus once you're a soul you gain more control over your spirit energy. Can you imagine how much stronger Ichigo will be after he dies? Not that I want him to die, of course.
Aizen sama may rule over Hueco Mundo, it still doesn't change the fact that it's a baren waste land. Karakura Town is nice but you're still in danger of being attacked by hollows.

Soul Society or Hueco Mundo.
Soul Society is a pretty good place to learn to control your reitsu without getting eaten, but I would go to Hueco Mundo just because Aizen is there, plus it's kinda pretty there even thought it's a barren wasteland.

Well, I would stay in the Soul Society to hone my skills ect. ect.
Then totally pull an Aizen and join him in Hueco Mundo ;3

well, basically this boils down to whether you want to end up as an aarancar or vizard (well not really, but shut up)
soul society is good because you can get fairly strong fairly quickly, but once Ichimaru-Sama and Sosuke defected there's no way i'd stay

Hueco Mundo beacuse i could study the arrencar and the hollows and also go to los noches to have tea with aizen

The reason why i would prefer living in hueco mundo is, aside from the aranccars, I dont like noisy places. I want to be left alone.. And its quite classical to have a palace in a dessert
