.) Posts can and will be deleted and/or edited if the content is not consistant with topic of said thread.
.) Roleplay areas will be given free reign to do as they will, and I will try to do as little moderation as possible. However, OOC comments and questions must be made in a new thread and must be relevant to something that's going on. If it is something along the lines of "What's your favorite battleground" or something of the sort, the thread will be removed, and you will be given a warning.
.) Swearing is allowed. However, swearing for reasons other then to flesh out characters is prohibited. An example of a good swearing: "********!" shouted Dian Wei. "Those damn Shu are at the wall. Launch the ******** catapults already!" As you can see, the use of swearing allowed you to see his anger and urgency. Here's an example of bad swearing: "I ******** the b***h in her ******** c**t. Her ******** hot p***y felt great." This is just rubbish. The whole sentence is just curse after curse, and there were plenty of tactful ways of saying the same thing. I don't think sex will HAPPEN mind you, but it was just an example.
.) Be courteous to everyone posting. If you are in an opposing army, stop and think about how the enemy would react. Use tactics. Allow the other army to make the choice of winning or losing. And at the same time, consider losing. You can always come back. If you are in the same army, don't assume command unless you would be allowed to, don't take control of friendly units in different platoons, and don't by any means take control of a friendly unit.
.) No God moding. You MUST lose sometime.
.) The only exception to rule 5 is if I see someone God moding, I will come in and route your army, starve them to death, or give them a disease. I will not, however, use this unless totally necessary.
.) Use tactics. If your tactics do not work, then they don't work. However, if you, say, were to set fire to a castle, the opposing force will have to take it into account, or face the wrath of rule 6.
.) Be in character at all times.
.) Try to use visual examples, but make sure they do not under any circumstances stretch the page. I will remove them if this is the case.
.) Be polite. Remember, being polite does not under any circumstance mean that you have to agree with anyone. But blatant name calling, picking on, or negligence of someone's post will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
.) This is Dynasty Warriors ONLY. I will try to make a Orochi thread eventually, but for now, DW is the only thing that should be bosted in this thread.
.) This does not necessarily have to be straight from the book. This is a creative battlefield, and thus all prior bets, like the Wei winning, are off. You have to earn it. This doesn't mean you should avoid recreating battles, but you have the creative freedom what you want.
.) Use real grammar. 1337 is not tolerated.
.) Have fun. I'm not a Nazi, I just do what needs to be done.
So have fun.
