Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
Genres: action, science fiction, tournament
Plot Summary: Many years in the future after the exploits of Yugi Mutou, Domino City has become a shadow of its former self: Neo Domino City. There lies a strong divide between the rich and the poor, and bridging that gap proves to be difficult. Neo Domino seems fit to entertain itself with a wild new event called "Riding Duels", the newest form of playing the ever popular Duel Monsters card game. Enter Yusei Fudou, a young man who lives on the edge of the law, making his own rules. His ultimate objective is to challenge the world champion Riding Duelist, Jack Atlas. But for what purposes... My commentsI was kinda skeptical with the whole drive theme, but it actually fit kinda well. I like the characters more than I did in GX. The main character is no longer a stupid bubbling fool, but rather the cool quiet I can kick you a** guy. So far they've only used new monster on while on the bike. So I'm waiting to see how they use older monster or if they even will. But I will say they must use DM AND DMG at least once. If not then it's not Yu-Gi-Oh. Oh and another thing the world isn't in danger and must be saved with a card game. It simple sweet revenge.
xxxHOLiC: Kei

Plot Summary: Still working to get his wish complete, Watanuki finds himself into more mess than he can handle when certain facts about his everyday life gets revealed and when he needs to learn the lesson of Yuuko the hard way. (source ANN)
My comments: I have yet to watch xxxHolic but have heard that it's really good. I like most Clamp work.

It's time to go to my happy place. And where is that happy place? The surreal world of xxxHOLiC: Kei, which picks up where the original series left off and plunges straight into one of the best story arcs from the manga. Spirit-seeing Watanuki is still working for eccentric sorceress Yuuko, while also fawning over school cutie Himawari and getting in fights with rival Doumeki. Watanuki and Doumeki's latest spat leads to serious business as Doumeki accidentally brings misfortune upon himself—and Watanuki tries to make up by bearing the brunt of the curse. This turn of events brings out all the things that make the series among the best in the genre: muted colors, subtle-but-ominous imagery (beware of spiders), chilling music, and a brooding pace that makes even a 5 a.m. conversation in the playground feel intense. There's also a good balance of comedy to keep things from getting too serious—Watanuki's cantakerous outbursts, Yuuko's self-centered demands, and an elaborate Alice in Wonderland gag that beats everything else so far this season.
The only disappointment is that there is no way the anime is ever going to match the stylishness of the manga: the characters' lanky proportions look horribly wrong in a number of places (most notably when Watanuki and Doumeki are walking to school), and it's easy to spot cheap animation at work during less-than-critical scenes. But these shortcomings are easily compensated by the ethereal mood, an intriguing story (Watanuki and Doumeki's friendship just got a whole lot more complex), and a sophisticated design aesthetic. Oh, and as a reader of the manga, I can safely say it's only going to get better.
To Love-Ru

Plot Summary: The story is about Yuuki Rito, a high-school boy who cannot confess to the girl of his dreams, Sairenji Haruna. One day when coming home and sulking in the bath-tub a mysterious, nude girl, appears out of nowhere. Her name is Lala and she comes from the planet Deviluke, where she is the heir to the throne. Her father wants her to return to her home planet so she can marry one of the husband candidates, but she decides that she wants to marry Rito in order to stay on Earth.
My comment: This is the basic alien girl falls in love with a human boy(who is a complete clumsy fool) ecchi love-comedy. So far with one episode it seem like an fan-service full magical girl transforming funny anime. Not much originality but still fun to watch.
Kure-nai

Plot Summary: Based on a series of light novels, Kure-nai is about the adventures and misadventures of 16-year-old Shintaro Kurenai. Shintaro is an authority in settling disputes between people, and is one day approached by Murasaki Kuhouin, the daughter of a powerful plutocratic family, asking him to be her bodyguard.

The Tower of Druaga: the Aegis of Uruk

Plot Summary: The Summer of "Anu": In a summer once every five years, demons in the mysterious Tower of Druaga lose their powers due to the magic spell cast by a god named "Anu". King Gilgamesh, ruler of the kingdom Uruk, uses the appearance of demons as an excuse to invade the tower and find out the construct's secrets. As 80 years passed, the Uruk army managed to fight back the demons and built a fortress city and safe haven on the very first floor of Druaga - Metz Kier. Thus begins the story of a warrior named Gil who, finding companions along the way, embarks on a quest for the fabled Blue Crystal Rod, a powerful artifact rumored to be in the highest floor of Druaga. However, other competitors, including the kingdom of Uruk itself, want the treasure, all for their own reasons.
Itazura na Kiss

Plot Summary: In the romantic comedy story, a high school girl named Kotoko finally tells a fellow senior named Naoki that she has loved him from afar since she saw him on their first day of high school. However, Naoki, a haughty "super-ikemen" (handsome male) with smarts and sports talent, rejects her offhand. Fate intervenes when a mild earthquake ruins Kotoko's family house. While the house gets rebuilt, Kotoko and her dad stay at the home of her dad's childhood friend...whose son is Naoki.
Amatsuki

Plot Summary: Ordinary high school student, Tokidoki Rikugō, has to take supplementary History classes, to boost his failing grade, at a state-of-the-art museum. This museum allows the visitor to use high-tech virtual reality to reconstruct a realistic Edo period. However, once the simulation begins, Tokidoki is attacked by a strange creature. After something happens to his left eye, he realizes that he is not wearing the VR goggles - it is no longer a simulation; he's trapped in the past and has no way of getting back.
Kanokon
Genres: comedy, romance, supernatural, ecchi
Plot Summary: Kanokon's story revolves around Kouta Oyamada, a young first-year high school student who moves from the country to the city and thus transfers to Kunpo High School. On his first day at his new school, a beautiful second-year female student named Chizuru Minamoto asks him to meet her alone in the music room. When he arrives, she reveals her that she is in fact a fox deity and from that day on the two hang out together. Nozomu is a first year female student at Kouta's school, she is in fact a wolf deity and in love with Kouta, and a rival of Chizuru for Kouta's affections.

But when a demon is after Torus' life, in order for the family to keep him safe they need to awaken the fox-spirit Kūgen. Kūgen will not help for the sake of the family but only for the sake of the children late mother.
Special A

Plot Summary: Hikari Hanazono, the main character, has always been second to Kei Takishima. While Hikari considers Kei a rival and somewhat of a friend, Kei loves Hikari. Everyone knows this, but she is too dense to notice. Their wrestling loving fathers first introduced them to one another when they were 6 years old. Assuming that she was the best in wrestling, young Hikari challenged Kei to a wrestling match only to be thoroughly defeated by him. Ever since that fateful incident, Hikari swore to beat Kei in school grades, a sporting event - anything. To do this she has enrolled in the same school as Kei since elementary. Now she attends Hakusenkan, an ultra elite school, that costs her carpenter father a lot of money. Hikari and Kei are the top two students in the school, with Kei holding firmly to that number one position.

Plot Summary: Rokujou Miharu is a boy who has a hijustu (hidden technique) living inside of him. This hijustu is the power of creation. Many ninja clans are seeking it as the one who posesses it becomes the ruler of the ninja world. Rokujou's classmate Kouichi started a nindou ("Way of the Ninja") club at school with Kumohira, his English teacher. Both Kouichi and Kumohira are secretly ninjas. They tried to persuade Rokujou to join the ninjustu club. At first, he was reluctant, but after being attacked by group of ninjas trying to get his hijutsu, he joins. He must become the Ruler of Nabari in order to survive.
My comment: Haven't seen it yet, but being classified as modern ninja makes me wanna watch it.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2

Plot Summary: It's been one year since the failure of the Black Rebellion and the supposed death of Zero. Britannia has assigned Area 11 a "correctional education" status, where Elevens are made an example of by brute force, to try to prevent any future uprisings and suppress rebellious thoughts. Unsuspecting high school student Lelouch, oblivious to his rebellious past as Zero, stumbles upon a scheme on his life and the life of a mysterious woman known as C.C., who reveals to him his forgotten purpose and his "true" self. Destroying his assailants and declaring himself Zero once again, Lelouch sets out to finish what he started.
Vampire Knigh

Plot Summary: Yuki's earliest memory is of a stormy night in winter, wherein she was attacked by a vampire... And then rescued by another. But also at her side is Zero Kiryu, a childhood friend who’s hatred for the creatures that destroyed everything he held dear, is now determined never to trust them. This coexisting arrangement seems all well and good, but have the vampires truly renounced their murderous ways, or is there a darker truth behind their actions. Is Kaname's infatuation with Yuki the beginning of a forbidden romance, or is it something in her forgotten past that draws him to her. Because in this world of secrets, nothing is as it seems. And the price of misplaced trust may even be worse than death.
My comment: I've watched the first episode raw, and it looked funny. I've read the first three volumes of the manga. It has an interesting story and I was anticipating the anime release. So far they've stayed true to the manga. One thing I must say is that even though the story is interesting the characters all seemed like clones of characters from other serieses. Mainly Fruit Baskets.
Soul Eater

Plot Summary: Set in the Shinigami technical school for weapon meisters, the series revolves around 3 groups of each a weapon meister and a human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" and thus fit for use by the Shinigami, they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and 1 witch.
