 This post town is located near the border to the Fire Country, at the one "ri" marker (approximately 2.5 miles from the border). It is a small run down town, home of many miscreants.

"Of course." she said holding up her hand, the mouth in her palm expelling the small dove it had fashioned. "It's always ladies first."
The dove took off and in a puff of smoke doubled in size. Soaring through the air it flew straight into the hut. Karen held up two fingers and focused. Katsu
There was a loud bang as half of the building exploded.

Taro smirked at his sister. "You love this too much." Taro threw one as well, letting it blow up another hut in a miraculous explosion of flame and power.
