Alright now I know we all hate rules but unfortunately they have to be here in order for things to work. Now listen to Uncle Jon as he explains...
1. No godmoding, powerplaying ect. Either you play fair or don't play at all.
2 Refrain from using chat speak, when RPing use proper grammer and spelling, little mistakes are ok. We don't want posts like these...Quote: *pulls sword out* Your gonna die!!! Quote: Slowly he pulled his sword out of its scarbard and held it firmly in his hands. "Unfortunately, your life will end here." He said now charging.
3. Please be active, we don't want you posting three posts and then leaving like that. Especially if you have one of the cannon characters. If you are inactive for a month you will be banned.
4. Respect eachother and apsaloutly no flaming.
5. Romance is ok and encouraged, however no doing the dirty for characters under 18. Teachers and other characters who are over 18 are permitted time skips for the matress mumbo however students and characters under 18 may only cuddle and kiss...who thinks about sex at that age? xD
6. Obey us mods, a very important rule for your oppressive overlords. >D jks but seriously obey us mods.
7. Finally obey the Gaia ToS.

Those rules are important and all, but he missed some. Plus, I'll restate some the rules he did say.
These rules here are extremely important, and try not to piss me off by breaking them.
1. No One-liners!! This is one of the most important rules. If I see you "one-lining" constantly, you will have the honor of me contacting you to stop. Make at least two lines, and you are safe!
2. Use 3rd person to talk! That means you can't have...Quote: *walks up to her* hiiiiiiii..............lady!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote: Tao walked up to the woman and greeted her with a smile. "Hello, Shinta-sensei."
4. No posting a profile and not posting after. Here's what bugs me...When you make your profile and post it, you're supposed to post in the RP after that. You can't just post a profile and never be seen again. Profiles will be deleted if the owner doesn't post for a week.
5. And again, be active! Our goal is to have this RP stay alive this time. We want it to keep going. And plus, it's awkward when you're RPing with someone and they log off and doesn't come back for two days.
Obey these rules and there won't have to be any trouble, okay? =D

Rule 8: Contextual Awareness
If you are joining a roleplay after it has started, make sure that you read all of the earlier posts and ensure that your character reacts appropriately according to the situation
Example I: The entire class is about to be eaten by a Great Wyrm Red Dragon. Your character would not walk in and say 'hi'.
Example II: A character is standing in the corridor with a spear stuck through their face. Your character would not completely ignore them on the way through the corridor and into the room they are going to.
Example III: Five heavily armed Ninjas in fluorescent pink outfits are sitting around playing cards for no readily apparent reason in the middle of the classroom. There is no way that you would completely blank them.
I do not feel any other examples are necessary.
This rule has already be authorized by Foxgin.

Okay, so this next rule is a HUGE one. So read well. [Rule 9:
This refers to all the the characters who are mages:
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MAGIC SECRET AWAY SO EASILY!!! Remember that this is the world of Negima, where if you're a mage and your magic is found by non-magic users...You should know the consequences. If you don't...THEN DIE! From now on, do not give your magic secret away so easily.
DENY EVERYTHING TO THE NON-MAGIC USER!
EVERYTHING!!

Rule 10: Locational Information Tags. [LIT]
Section A:
When a character of yours should enter a scene (a thread), then you must post a LIT at the start of your post.
Section B:
When a character of yours leaves a scene (a thread), then you must post a LIT at the end of your post.
Examples of how you could display a LIT:
[Xenon leaves the room]
{Claude enters from the secret tunnel behind the bookcase}
((Xenon jumps in through the window))
The method by which you use a LIT is up to you, but it must be displayed clearly. Bold & Italic tags and brackets help to identify them clearly.
This rule has already be authorized by Foxgin.

If your characters are not a vampire who is over the age of 18, an adult, or some type of historic beast/creature who is over 18, then DO NOT have sex of any kind! Kissing and cuddling only, damnit!

Right then...Time for a new rule. Chachamaru v2 and I have agreed that the rule I am about to say, is a good add to the guild. So that we know people aren't idiots when adding overly super powered characters...
Rule 11: Character Profile Approval
It has been decided that when any of you create your own character, you shall send a preview of your chracter USING the profile skeleton, of course. Please be smart enough to copy and paste the coded profile skeleton...>_> When you send it to Chachamaru v2 or me (FoxGin), we will tell you if it's okay to add in the Create A Student thread, or we will tell you if there are mistakes and will ask to change something. And if just happens to be that bad, we will tell you make a completely new character. Of course, this means you are NOT allowed to post in the RP with that character until one of us have approved. ENJOY!!

Rule 11: Online Status
Due to some issues with members, it is now mandatory to keep your Online Status...ON at all times. I didn't want to do this in the first place, but I was lead to doing it. Now if your status is off now, you must turn it on for everyone to see. Or else I'll hunt you down. Have a nice day~
