The lant of the Immortals, the Vampires, is a dark and sickly one. The Vampires rule the world now, and there's nothing you can do to stop it. The most famed Vampire slayer now sits, forever choked, on a string. The inability to die coming back to be a bad thing for him. Of course, at the time of hanging him the Vampires didnt know he wouldnt die. So hre he is nearly 1000 years later. Still alive. If you want to see him just go to the town square.
Rebels have all been found and killed, of course there are probably more people still unfound. The demons outrank the humans, and humans are nothing but pets. But it is the Vampire who rule all. The three breeds of vampires-Black Court, and White Court- are who run business. Well, at least the Black Courts. Never heard of them? Well the Black Cour are your tipical every-day vampire, sunlight kills them, along with holy water. The undead who kill to feed. They are your blood-sucking-fiends, such as Dracula. The White Courts are the more peaceful ones, if you will. Succubi and Incubi who feed from the emotions in sex. The White Court are out ranked by even the demons, for being known to be sometimes 'eaceful' with their prey. The only thing lower than the White Court Vampire is the human. The Demons whom flock around bow to the Black Court Vampires, they are teh nobles. The humans are but slaves.
The entire world has been basked in shadows, it seems. Just enouh shadow to bask ou the sun so that teh Black Courts can walk th earth whenever they wish or must. Who thought of that? Well, their King of course! King Itsuki is the one given all the credit for this...wonderful new way of life. A son, an heir, has been seen with him but as of late apparntly the son has been takign off, trying ot stay from the public eye. So forth no one knows exactly who he is. The king is furious that his son has disappeared due to a legend that the son will one day kill the king. And the horrid rule will end. Rebels havce been looking for the son for the last ten years, since he disappeared, hoping hat when they find him the world will be 'set free' as the scripts say. But no one has been found. No one even remembers the son's name now.
