[Mountains and Monsters]

Starting at level 2, characters can start quests. Quests are located on the Message Board in the guild. Each quest states minimum level, what is required, how much XP and mar are gained, and if any items are granted.

Nothing is required to undertake a quest, other than going out to find the requested items. Most quests are available to everyone who meets the requirements, though each quest can only be completed by a character once. Once you have completed the quest, post in your journal with "Quest Completed!" and put the title of the quest in that post.

Occasionally, there will be rare quests that will only be available to a limited number of people. These will be announced before they are put up so as to give warning. When trying to take on one of these quests, you must post in the Message Board thread the character's name that is to take the quest. However, if you do not complete the quest within the given time frame (it will vary from quest to quest, depending on the difficulty), the quest is then open for the next person in line who'd requested it.

Almost every quest will require you to battle creatures to gain items. When you have enough of the required item(s), visit the person who requested the items to finish the quest and gain XP, mar, and any items from it.
