We all know those bottled fuel system cleaners are crap.
Real men dump a gallon or so of toulene or xylene in their tanks?
Ever tried this?
I haven't.
Been getting a lot of feedback about it.
So when your tank is nearly empty, dump in a quart to a gallon of one of these VERY TOXICLY HAZARDOUS solvents into your tank before filling up. Pour in 2 "glugs" of dex3 then fill'er up.
Badda-bing run it til it's empty again and you should be cleaned out.

I have no idea... I put some injecter cleaner in my truck that had "jet fuel" in it. That didn't do s**t. My dad put STP's "Jet fuel" Crap in his dunne buggy then it ran like s**t. We had to rebuild the Carb's.

Hm. I've heard nothing but good things about it and because of this, I've used it. No problems that I know of.

GAH it's not toluene. It's toulene.
Don't put toluene in your gas tank or anywhere if you find some.

Don't put toluene in your gas tank or anywhere if you find some. I know this is late, but man I had that backwards. Toluene is what you want if you can find it. I dropped some Xylene into my tank and I seem to be getting better mileage and smoother running after 100 miles.
