You may (have) notice(d) the different descriptions titled MIST and OTHER with certain threads here. Considering there are two worlds in Silent Hill, the other side, and the normal, misty world, we had to take into account that it would have to change at times.
So, check here every time before you roleplay to see if the state of the world has changed. It will be announced at random if Silent Hill is misty or other side.
Special events happen in special places as well, so if you're near those places during the announcement of special events, then you can partake in those as well. ex: Pyramid head is currently stalking the police station, eating kittens.. If you're at the police station, look out!
