I would not legalize the drug unless it is used for a medicinal reason and is only allowed to be purchased with the consent and a note from the doctor.
Both of my parents are dentists so they know quite a bit about drugs that are harmful and those that are not.

I agree they should only be used for the shake of helping others in a medical way, not to relieve stress, its so bad for you....can't ppl realize that!!

Step 2) TAX THE ******** OUT OF IT!
Why, well the government gets more money, which makes them happy, and people get weed. Now, i have never smoked weed, and i am aware of its danger. But the fact remains, there is no physical addiction, there is no way to kill yourself with it. Hell, aspirin is more deadly. And drinking is addictive, and harmful, but is legal. Now, coke, heroin, and PCP, and the like should be illegal. Now that is the real bad stuff. But the worst you can do with weed is smoke yourself retarded! If you are going to ban weed, ban alcohol, over the counter drugs, and every other dangerous substance. Which includes most foods and house hold chemicals. Or you can let people have some personal responsibility.
