The North East was once a very peaceful place with little to know crime, but like places that start out this way it all came to an end. When was the time of death for the peace? The Mid twenties. The town was riddled with organized crime and dirty cops. This, though, was all beneath the surface. A top this gilded district was the pentacle of protection. The area is littered with amazing works of architecture from the City Hall, to the Police station, the Court house each is remarkably old and beautiful. For the most part the apartment buildings and small houses are the same. Though now time has weighed heavy on these works of art and turned then dated and worn. Crime has become more open and gangs roam city streets. The police station is often filled with criminals and is stretched beyond its resources.
