Dragons, wild beasts, harmful beast, mysterious and unkown. A man found a dragon egg, thought it was a large gemstone, and tried to sell it at the market. With no luck, he had to keep it, and soon the egg hatched into a dragon. He reached for it and touched it with his hand, his destiny and soul entwining with the dragon's. A scare lay where the first touch took place. The man grew with the dragon, physically, mentally, and magicly. The man ruled throughout the land known as the dragoon ryder, the first radgon ryder in history Now young meng and women are chosen to be dragon ryders, and become part of of the dragoon's legend, but evil forces, vampires, ressurected dark dragons, to try and push back the forces of teh dragon ryders, and control the land. This war is called Dragoon's War.

Samantha was flying in practice with her dragon Elina, when she spoted Lanya, a vampire Ryder, off in the distance. He gasped and sent a thought to Elina. Ryder... be quiet Elina... She looks liek she has been a ryder longer than us... Elina screeched, and Samantha winced. She knew that anyone within 400 miles of them would of heard that screech. Since it is heard all over the land, it is never taken to a distress call. "Elina i said be quiet!!" She shouted then sighed pulling out her bow and and pulled an arrow out. "Go slow... i need steadyness if she heard that... Professor said that vampire ryders dragons have a different screech than ours do..." She said.

Vampire!!!! HAHA!!!!!!!!! "flys in rushing past the vampire"this one looks like a new ryder they are always tasty you say that about everyone of them we come across cause your so old Nocturnem, lets just killem quickly

Samantha looked over and saw Valmore. He was just as younge as her, but has been a ryder for longer than she has. Samantha gulped and got nervous. "Elina..." The younge adolecent dragon screeched softly turning its head to meet samantha's eyes. Samantha nodded and leaned forward and Elina shot off to fly side by side with Nocturnem.
When she got there she flew the same speed. His dragon was very lerger than hers. "Valmore, what are you doing here? I thought this was my patrol area?" She said nervously. Samantha kept one eye on the vampire. Elina screeched some, not yet starting her language class, of the human language. "Elina be nice, Professor always said to respect a higher up. We are still in training, so watch your tongue..."

Sam ive always told you i never kept to much of a patrol when i can feel one so close who looks so...so TASTY!!!!! exactly, and this one looks like an elder but she is still much younger than i in dragon

Nariel screeched back, hers a high, bloodcurdling sound. Lanya smiled and watched the two human ryders. One was new. The other young. But everyone was young to her, including most of the other elders. Only three other elders were older than her and she had to answer to them. But she was the strong elder of the vampyres, so all answered to her too. Another Elder dragon mistress. Nariel said, her voice smooth and airy. "Yes indeed Nariel. But nothing we can't handle. The ryders are young and are not as...connected as us. Neither can be over the human age of 20. While I am Over 1000 years of age. And we are 200 years together. So much more understanding. While they, though good, are still learning many things about each other." She said, stroking Nariel affectionatly. Shall we attack? Nariel asked. Lanya shook her head. "No. We shall wait. They are young and impatient. It will not take them long to initiate the fight, altoghough the young one's dragon already has. The sad thing is the young one doesn't even know most likely." Lanya said, laughing. "I am still amazed as to how human can even succed as Dragon Ryders. Their life spans are to short to learn much. We are still learning and we have been together for 200 years. Dragonov is still learning and he has been with his dragon for 240 years. That damned Dragoon Ryder and his dragon were still learning the day his sorry existence died."

Elina heard Dragoon being discrased by the vampire and spun around speeding towards the vampire. "Elina!!! No stop!!!" She tried pulling back but it was no use, and she took aim with her bow, firing, engulfing the arrow with a shard of ice, and it wizzed just past Lanya's face.

"Told you my love. Humans are so touchy." Lanya said, not even flinching as the arrow passed her. She drew her short swords and leaned close to Nariel. Nariel huffed in reply and flew towards Sam and Elina. Once she was within 10ft she breethed in andlet out her acid. The green acid fire quickly swollowed the 10ft gap, heading straight for Elina and Sam.

Elina quickly returned wit ha icey fire breath, then rolled out under the clashing elements. Elina weaved around the vampire. and Samantha looked at Elina. "Elina listen! Calm down!" She said, trying to sooth her but looked up and sighed, then looked at Valmore. "I dont know! But let me handle this, i need to learn!" She shouted then, pulled out her knife slowly stepping onto her dragons head. Samantha nodded, and Elina knew what the plan was. When Elina got close to Lanya, Samantha jumped off, holding toght to a scale on Nariel. She stood up with all her might and slowly made her way, crouching to Lanya.

Lanya sheathed her swords and smiled at Samantha, her long sharp fangs showing. "Hello young one. It's so nice of you to join me." She purred, then nodded. Nariel pulled in her wings and dropped down while Lanya's arm reached out and grabbed Samantha's Wrist. She easily pulled Samantha against her and held her. "Hope you like the ride."
