It is our duty to make sure that all are content. We must be sure that all our members feel safe. We must always act in the best interest of each member. Sadly, we are brought here today because one of our fledgling members have broken my rules. *indignant banter* I know, it's a terrible thing! But! I believe we are all capable of changing our ways. Let's hear out our members that are involved in this transgression before we act out of anger....


To members who have someone to report:
You must report what happened to the best detail you can muster. Be explicit in what happened and who did what. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may PM an Elite Vampire and report your issue to them. After the report has been filed, all members of my Staff must meet in the "Lord's Timeless Contemplation" sub forum, where we will deliberate on weather or not the act was indeed in violation of my rules, or if it was considered ill will towards the effected party. After our decision is reached we will tell the offending member, (via PM) that he/she must atone within 24 hours of the PM or be banned for life.

To members who wish to atone for their sins:
If you receive a PM from one of my Elite Vampires accusing you of breaking my rules or acting in ill will to another member, it's because we have discussed the situation and found you guilty of said reason. You must respond to the PM within 24 hours by posting that you recognize what you have done as wrong, vow to not garner any ill will or animosity to any members, (especially those that report you without anonymity) and that you wish to atone for your transgressions. Only a member of my Elite Vampires can grant you a pardon of lesser doing. Once you are granted a pardon, (Elites, you must do so within 24 hours) you are considered a member once more and all your authority and powers are returned to you once more. If you are not granted a pardon it was because your action(s) were considered too great to allow you to continue your membership with us. You will then be cast aside and your name will be etched into our List of Shame, where you will be mocked for eternity. We all act as one ruling body, thus no member of my Elite Vampires can wield absolute power over these decisions. Your best interest is always taken into consideration.

To my Elite Vampires:
When dealing with reporting issues with our members, you are to send out an "All hands on Deck Bulletin" to all members of our moderation team, (via a PM). It is your duty to follow up with any reports you may receive. Failure to do so will not only get you stripped of your Elite Status, but you will also be forced to seek a pardon from myself. Only I can restore you to your formal glory. I may choose to do so, I may choose another to take your place. I consider any reporting issues priority over all else! It is our duty to be a trusting society. Once you send out the bulletin, all members must discus the situation and act by a unanimous vote. One we agree on the decision, it will be final. The effected members must then be notified and an action plan must be set into motion.
All Elite Vampires must allow PMs due to the severity of the situation. If you have your PMs set to "friends only" or "Do not receive PMs" you must switch it to "receive from everyone" for the duration of your title as an Elite.
