The large wooden battle arenas, never taken down from the last Mahorafest. A popular place for a battle between "skilled martial artists"; it's also a location rumored to have a huge amount of high-tech special-effects equipment, to dramatacize the battles for the audience. The Tech Club still denies the claim...

The rules are simple. Don't kill or previously injure anyone, no unfair advantages (you can't use a claymore when your opponent's going with bare fists), and, of course, no God-modding. Other than that, there's not much else. You don't have to reserve rings, but don't start a fight on which people are already having a match.

The Budokai Boards are just simply for registering the winners of "registered matches"; to register a match, have one of the contestants post the match with the info up here before hand, then after the victor is decided, edit the post to reflect who won. You should have the contestants, what ring, how the loser was defeated (KO, TKO, ring-out, special rules, etc), and any other info you feel like.
