It just seems like he doesn't do anything but run around with a bat. I heard he plays the guitar though.

Well in SlipKnoT he plays Precussion... wich I guess you can call drums if you dont want to be specific. In his side project "To My Suprise" He plays drums. I've never heard of Clown playing guitar. pirate

when he runs with the bat he hits kegs that he made and drums all over the stage. it realy is awesome to watch.

Shawn is a custom percussionist and vox... he not only plays a set-up that he designed, but he also hits kegs, is a clown on stage, and does back-up vox in alot of songs...

Okay. Obviously you are a n00b to Slipknot. Shawn plays custom percussion. He built Chris' and his own drumset. He adds a unique sound to the band. The best example I can think of right now is the intro to Don't Get Close. Pick up Volume 3: The Subliminal Verses (Special Edition) or LEGALLY download it off of iTunes and listen to Don't Get Close. Das ist der Klown. Thank you. Oh and the intro to and most of the deep bass drumming in Gently (Iowa Version) is all Shawn. If you havnt heard that song you deserve to be a peon. If you havn't heard of the album, you deserve to be kicked...in fact you will be if you havn't.
