The Wonderful Unicorn
Though the modern popular image of the unicorn is sometimes that of a horse differing only in the horn on its forehead, the traditional unicorn has a billy-goat beard, a lion's tail, and cloven hooves - these distinguish it from a horse.
So what's a Unicorn look like?
A Unicorn is typically depicted as a normal horse with a horn. However in olden days it was a horse with a goat's goatee, and cloven hooves with a lion's tale, including the horn. That is what separated them from normal horses.
Where did they come from?

"The unicorn is the only fabulous beast that does not seem to have been conceived out of human fears. In even the earliest references he is fierce yet good, selfless yet solitary, but always mysteriously beautiful. He could be captured only by unfair means, and his single horn was said to neutralize poison."
What unfair means?
Unicorns love maidens, and not just any maidens, virgin ones. If a virgin maiden is sitting a Unicorn will walk over, lay his head on her lap and fall asleep. That allows the hunters to catch them.
Where does it show up?
Unicorns are all over the place. Most are in mythology, but the Greeks were so certain that they really existed that they are noted in their Natural History. The Unicorn is often seen as a Christian symbol because they tied it to The Virgin Mary, which people speculate was to convert Pagans, another religion where Unicorns were respected.
The Unicorn has since become a symbol for the Christian Church.

What would a Unicorn Life Dust look like~?
Well, seeing as it's completely up to the artists, I honestly don't know... : D But I do have an idea~
: D Ooooobviously a Unicorn needs a horn. ^-^ I imagine curly pale hair, like white or barely tinted blue or purple. An' pointy ears~ : D 'Cause they win.
Asu isn't fond of goatees, so she left it out.. >>;;
Name (of life dust): Nimwry (said Nimm-wree)
Dust/Essence: Unicorn's Horn
Skin: Pale white
Eyes: : D;; Left: Sky Blue, Right: Lavendar
Hair Color/Style: Hair would be white with tints of purple an' blue, it'd have those anime tails in front of his ears.. They'd be curly at the end or just REALLY wavy. As for the back... Either short an' fluffy, or long and in a loose bun.
Markings: UNICORN HORN. : D An' maybe some swirly designs around his jawline and under his eyes. (Either lavendar or sky blue)
Personality: Acts tough, (He'll say stuff like "D: I'll stab you with mah horn!" but really won't... XD) but really isn't... Unlike the typical Unicorn, he's pretty unsure of himself. Except the good part, he's sure about being good. XD; OH, and he's more of the peaceful type, prefers to avoid conflict...
Other things: -cough- Tail is optional... : D;; I think thats it for now..
OH, HE'S MALE.
