The Japanese word for flower is "hana." It's written using the kanji.


When it's combined with other words, it may be pronounced "bana," as in "ikebana," which means flower arrangement.
生け花

Other times, it retains its normal pronunciation, as in "hanabito," or "flower person."

It's hard to know without context. It probably means either prince or you (specifically, a guy) or Mr.
