In english....the title is searching for the black angel. Your summary is like this :
Gakuen Alice, once a safe haven for people with abilites called alices. The school, are tranferring ALL students in the Academy to Hogwarts. Among the students is the Kuro Tenshi, the legendary wielder of all alices.She is reincarnated as Alice,her first form name.The present reincarnation is missing,or rather, yet to be found.
