yeah, but when you are really really high up you roll when you land so it won't put strain on your legs, but with that height as in the last picture (high up but not super high) you hit your hands on the ground at about the same time as your feet to transfer some of the force to your arms so it won't all be in your legs, you have to take a lot of precautions when doing parkour
