The bazaar is a little further into the market district; a large row of little shops. It's got all sorts of odd things you probably wouldn't find in the shops. Like jewelery, special weapons, clothing and all sorts of other things. If there's a space open somewhere that isn't designated to someone else, then you're allowed to set up shop for yourself if you can find one. Be aware that some shops are seedy, you could be buying something fake.
