What's up with the guild ********?? Why it has been so inactive lately? Doing other things, huh?
I feel ashamed, I haven't checked the guild regularly... What about the others?

So many people make these threads that are like "oh noes the guild is dying, starting posting things, this one is a start!" and then don't come back to post again for days and days on end. If you can't take the heat in the frying pan, stop bitching.

People just like to b***h but no one does anything about it.
And it's not like it's all that painful to get a guild moving if two or three people take the initiative. I've found that if a couple people just start making lots of threads and responding to things even if they don't have anything brilliant to say, just to keep things going, those who bitched in the first place and only come back every two weeks will see activity and start to check in more often.
Of course, there's the matter of getting several people who will post like that. ><
