I watch a lot of anime and read many books. I haven't read much manga, though. I read Hollow Fields and wasn't impressed. I picked up Robot, a full-color magazine-style manga and really enjoyed it. Does anyone have recommendations for some more good manga?

yeah mermaid melody is great!.....but "SHiHwaMong" is also really GREAT!..>>// but a girls Manga//...

The idea behind Death Note seems lame, but everyone says it's good, so I'll have to give it a try!

OH no.
Death Note is NOT lame at all!
It's fabulous!
Very intriguing and full of suspense.
But don't watch the anime b/c it doesn't do justice to the manga.
But the ending SUCKS!!! scream scream

Don't worry about the movie. >.<
Well, L is a character in Death Note.
And a plushie is a stuffed animal kind of version of something.
If you look in the Gaia store, you'll find plushies. ^.^
And I have a plushie of the character L.
And it's big! blaugh heart
