The apartment has:
3 floors which can be reached by either stairs or the elevator.
A pool which can be seen from any of the apartments. All apartments also overlook the front of the apartment building.
A recreation room on the second floor, within which are pool tables, a big TV, a mini self-service bar, a fireplace, and many couches and sofas.
Each apartment is fully furnished, but subject to resident's whims and alterations.
Each apartment has a balcony that looks over the pool.
