Ex (Ex for short) Pirate Nickname: Ice Demon Ex Age: 19 Weapon of choice: N/A Occupation: Cook Bio: Ex grew up in the time when Straw Hat Luffy became the new Pirate King. AT the age of 5 he lived alone for most of his life after seeing the murder of his mother in the hands of a corrupt Navy Captain. AT the age of 10, Ex, with just a small boat set sail for new islands in the North to train his body and to learn to cook. Ex trys to hide his pain of seeing his mother murder by cooking over the top meals and he does not like to talk about it. Ex is very cheerful and loves to talk. He cares a lot for his friends Life Goal: To find the man that murdered his mom. Origin: North Blue Custom Techniques: Ice Age (氷河時代(アイス･エイジ)): An attack used only near the ocean or other large area of water. The user places his hand in the water, then in an instant freezes it (anything in/on it) completely solid. The actual extend of the ice can stretch for miles and last for over a week. Ice Saber (アイスサーベル): The user picks up several thin objects, such as blades of grass, and throws them into the air. Then he blows on them with an icy breath that freezes them into a large, jagged, sword of ice. Ice Time Capsule (アイスタイムカプセル): The user slowly encases his enemy in ice. It is undetermined if the enemy is killed or simply frozen in place. However, the attack's name implies the latter. Fruit: Hie Hie no Mi (ヒエヒエの実, Ice Ice Fruit) Cursed Fruit Ability: Allows the user to transform into ice as well as control it.

Bio: His childhood in the South Blue was spent mostly in a town build on a small pirate haven a few miles away from the Arm's Manufacturers. He was always amazed at the feats of marksmanship displayed by the pirates the used the town as port that it wasn't long before his obsession for guns started to manifest itself. This also began to slowly drag him away his want to stay on the island and more about finding out what other weapons were being created away from his home. So with his island shooting competitions reward he bought the two guns he could afford as well as his throwing knives the he practiced with as a child. Soon he hopped aboard a trade ship to the East Blue in order to begin his life as a pirate.
Yet his pirating days were soon diminished for no crew would take him, due to small muscles. Soon he was broke and out of work. One day in particularly he was robbed of his weapons after begin mugged by pirates in a loaded game of dice. With revenge in mind he snuck aboard the pirate vessel and took back his as well as taking something for himself. Due to his hungry he searched the hold for something to eat and soon stumbled upon a strange fruit with swirls on its skin. With nothing else to eat he took a bite and left the ship with a bag of loot and his guns. Only later did he find out that a Devil Fruit was stolen from the crew he looted the previous night. Sudden he remembered what he ate and now was cursed with the devil fruit for life.
With no chance of becoming a pirate with no crew and the devil fruit curse, he searched the city for a job. He even was able to master the devil fruit powers in order to find work only to be rejected and left with no options. Although, luck gave him a second chance. He found a poster of a wanted pirate. An idea hit him. He could bounty hunt. With all the pirates out there he must be able to make a profit. So instead of becoming a pirate, he became the hunter of them.
Life Goal: To explore the far corners of the world in search of better weapons as well as to prove he is the best marksman among the sea's

Bio: One week after joining the navy, back when he was a simple Petty Officer, he joined under the commander of vice-admiral Coby. This turned out to what most expected of at the time, for he was always a diligent solider how did everything he attempt with a calm head and a steady hand. At first, Coby rejected the idea of having such a new recruit in his crew. Hector, didn't vocalize it much, but too thought it was a mistake to put him with an active crew of such a status. But none the less, Hector was drafted into the crew and served with it for years.
In that time, Vice-Admiral Coby watched his progress as well as his vast experience in maps. Hector was always one for maps and charts. He tended to make a hobby of remembering coordinates that lead no where. It was one of his hobbies which made him happy and grin. But besides his navigational skill Hector was also one for combat. His first instance of a fight was aboard the very ship he was serving on. It was a small pirate raid during the middle of the night, and the pirates had the jump. But with Coby around thing didn't get out of hand. Even the crew had everything under control. Hector however was off battle multiple enemies with nothing but his fists, his palms, his feet, his knees and his elbows. Before Coby eliminated the last few, Hector had create four broken bones in the body of pirates that moaned on the floor boards. From that point on Coby began to train Hector in a similar way as he was taught. Although practiced daily Hector was only able to perform 'Soru' and the fundamentals of 'Geppou.’ That apprenticeship continued until Hector became twenty-one and Vice-Admiral began to grow less hairs of white.
Finally, it came time to depart from that ship as Hector became a commodore at age twenty-three. He felt old as he was granted a new ship and crew of his own and was sent packing towards Loguetown HQ.
Life Goal: To achieve the rank of Admiral as well uphold justice.

Techniques:
Clock Hand Drop: Performing a handstand, he places both legs at the sides of the opponents head where by clamping it between them. After which, he lifts and swings the opponent head first into the ground. (Also can be modified to swing an opponent elsewhere.)
Rising Glacier: While grabbing hold on his opponent, Hector jumps and pulls the enemy into the air, while using Geppou, kneeing his opponent in the torso, higher into the air.(Still working on.)

Howling Shot- As the user shoots, the bullets make a howling sound of a wolf.
Wolf Bullets- Shoots bullets that don't kill but cuts the enemy
Suigetsu ate 1/2 of the fruit and giving the other half to one of his guns.
In Wolf form Sui is 10 times faster and stronger then any normal man.
His gun in Wolf form is just a black wolf that shots bullets out it's mouth.
Howling Pack Shot- an upgraded version of the Howling Shot. Only can be done when Sui and his Gun our in Wolf form.
Wolf Pack Bullets- an upgraded version of the Wolf Bullets. ONly can be done when Sui and his Gun are in Wolf form.

Bio: Kepa was born on an island that was in a tight hold of the Navy. They weren’t weak, either. They made sure none defied them; and at the same time kept rules tight and firm. They weren’t to go as far as make themselves godly and kill all who did not want to do idiotic jobs which had little use. Still, there wasn’t much anyone could do the island. Worst of all, they made sure teachers and school members taught them how to hate pirates. It was practically the main motto. The reason why Kepa’s childhood wasn’t so good. His father was a famous pirate, usually on travel and unable to return home because of the Navy. The children, all of them raised to hate pirates usually made Kepa the prime target for ridicule. Being as Kepa liked pirates instead of hating them.
When he was a teenager, the military had suddenly changed. A rather kinder, loose man took over; giving the people more freedom. He even went so far as to treat pirates like individuals rather then enemies. It slowly got Kepa into loving the navy. It was slowly becoming his dream to be like the Captain. Be kind and able to get along with pirates. Or, at least those who were willing to keep peace when staying on the island. He practiced fighting with two swords, working hard until finally he was allowed to join the military. He was so excited; finally he would be able to try and work his way to his dream. He even met a friend on the way. Then finally it happened; their first pirate assault. It was like any other; fight the pirates and get rid of them. Who would have known that these so called pirates were Mermen? They were so powerful; the town succumbed to them. Kepa tried to fight them; but failed miserably. He knew he was no match for them. At least, not without some help.
He heard of these abnormal fruits called ‘The Devil Fruit’. Able to grant anyone power; he decided that to free his town he would search for the fruit. Unable to keep his role as a Navy man, as he was sure many pirates would be after the fruit, too changed his role to pirate. He would get that fruit and return home. Though, he’s hoping it’ll be one that is useful.
Life Goal: To take a devil fruit and use it to defeat the mermen and make an island where pirates, villagers and the navy can get along.

Bio: Hie father and his father before him were all Navy, each died in the line of duty, each protecting something they loved. He wishes for such a peacful death. he became a naval officer to do what his fathers before him could not. As a small child Tobias lost himself in his own mind and became conflicted as a human, heis outward appearence didn't change but inside he bacame known as Tao and this child was evil incarnate but only acts like Tobias to keep himself from being willed away. Life Goal: To crush all who stand for injustice and smear the name of the Navy. He is proud of his background. Your own 2 custom Techniques:Tobias in red Tao in blue Fist of buckling iron: This is a punch or kick that is strong enough to buckle at least three feet thick of steel, it is called fist of iron because the user is said to beable to crush iron like dust.
Dance of spiral dragons: The user pushes off of a surface with enough velocity to create a wind current around themselves making them unable to be touched as they crash into their opponent using the spin to gain momentum and slam their opponent with ten times their body weight.Tiger fleetfoot assault: Tao will use aTobias' natrual strong body to knock the opponent away with a barrage of kicks, these kicks are strong enough to crater solid stone from Tobias' life long training, it is a technique not to be taken lightly.
Broken horse shoe: This was orignally made as a sword to sword breaaking technique. Appearance (Please post a picture): Occupation (Swords men , navigator, sniper, doctor): Swordsman Bio: Growing up he live on a island in the east blue that had a past time of using swords as a way of play. He took multi-sword styles past their limits and joined the Navy. He keeps his mind on the job and hasn't gone back home to show that their sword style has spread in the name of god and not used to hurt the innocent. He sees good and Evil in colors and knows when someone is doing things for the wrong reasons and who is in the right. Life Goal: To be where evil rises, so that he may smack it back down.
