I think Anthony is so sweet! If you were to be casting a performance of Sweeney Todd who would you cast as Anthony? Here is a pic of the Anthony from the movie.

Eh Anthony was cool in the movie, but he wasn't my favorite.
He did have a good voice and not bad looking, but there was just something that I didn't like about him at the same time.

He is ssssoooooooooooo Hot! I would say S*** But I might get kicked off this guild!!

That was actually quite a common occurrence for the time period... it happened all the time. A guy would see a pretty girl and decide he wanted her without ever saying a word to her. Remember, this was back before men had fully realized women had brains. At the time, it was all looks and breeding, and considering Antony was a sailor, he really couldn't be picky concerning his intendeds pedigree. Actually, he kinda had high hopes there, considering she was the ward of a respected judge.

And anyways...you guys do realize his name is Antony, not Anthony? No 'h'. At least, in the movie. I'm not sure about the actual musical, I've seen it done both ways...

But... the only thing about Antony that bothered me was the whole wide eyed crazy man expression he had some of the time... it was especially bad when he was bloody from Beadle beating him... that was kinda creepy...
