So, this year for Anime Expo I was planning on going as Belzeber of Star Ocean: 'till the End of Time.
Unfortunately I can't sew and have no money to buy a custom made.
So I'm just gonna buy stuff to try and piece together an outfit with, so it's probably going to be quite a bit different.
The Vest

Tights
Shirt
Boots until I can find something better.

I can at least sew on the gold trim on the sleeves and stuff.

How sad, I'm cosplaying as a guy and I have a skirt and heels in the list...D:
