Kitsune is an animal supposed to be mysterious, fascinating, and mischievous. And he is believed to be very grateful for the kindness done to him, as seen in many tales, and is also affectionate as revealed in some dramas. He is enshrined as a god because of his supernatural power. He is endowed with the subtle art of metamorphosis, and he is able to bewitch men in the guise of a charming girl. An exceedingly interesting and entertaining beast Kitsune is. Though rare there are male kitsunes but they tend to stay to themselves thus legend revolves around female enchantresses.'
The Kitsune clan had retreated back to the temple of Inari. After the completion of the demon war. For a while they lived peacefully among the humans in the area. They farmed lived and prospered in the area away from the Oni and other magic demons that sought the destruction of all peaceful demons to make them stronger as they sucked the magic from there prey. The kitsunes after the fall of the shrine fell back amongst the hill taking there young the elder of the kitsunes fell under the combined power of the wild ones as they destroyed the humans in the temple. Now only a hand full of Kitsune are left and only 1 nine tailed one is left to guide the others as they progress through these troubled times.
