ok lets form the teams roll a 6 sided dice and i will tell you witch team you are in!
also create a charecter sheet! (like name, age, perferd jutsu, ect...)

Background story!
At first glance, the Leaf Village appears to be maintaining
the peace with a military strength that dominates other
nations... However, beneath the surface, a crisis is
drawing near.
Troubling incidents recur near the village, and Orochimaru
is clearly seeking to destabilize it through various
wicked plots. In response, the village leaders decide they
must temporarily rely on an extreme measure.
In order to supplement a military strength that is running
short, Genin, who would normally be assigned C-rank
missions or lower, are now given more difficult missions,
according to their ability.
Thus, even the youngest Genin are burdened with a portion
of the village's fate. Some struggle with the weight of the
responsibility, while others are thrilled, feeling this a
chance to prove their abilities.

Character Creation Rules
No Cannon Characters: That means no characters that have already been created into the Show or Manga. You can not use Sauske, you can not use Naruto and definitely no Gaara. The reason why is because there will be an unfair advantage towards them because some of these characters have Bijuu within them. (Bijuu is the demon creatures within them.) Also No taking one character and putting them together with another such as a Sharingan Lee. With that saying we will not allow characters that have similarities within them. No Sasuke, Itachi, Obito, Tobi, or any other Naruto Character Wannabies running around.
No Real Life Characters: You are capable of other Anime, Comic, or Game Characters. No Religious faces. No Santa Claus, no Jesus, no Muhammad, no Ala. Certain Characters have certain standards.
Acceptance of Basic Profiles: Each profile will be examined. I have the full authority to veto any Profile. This is stated for only the Basic Profiles. Profiles that does not consist of a Cannon Bloodlimit.
Acceptance of Cannon Bloodlimit Profiles: When making a Bloodlimit character all profiles must reach the parameters of the story and of the history. Uchiha were whipped out. Explain why you are still alive in detail. Also if you wish to have the Bloodlimit of the Kaguya Clan then you must be able to state why you are alive as well for they are supposedly extinct, though not because of the incident of Mist. Also since the Kaguya Clan has that disease due to their high calcium to keep their bones as strong as Metal. and only 3 players will have a bloodlimit.
