I'd like to suggest:
Trivia game - Zelda Trivia game, I had one up on my old account in another guild and it was amazing.
Cleaning up the guild - Some people are turned off at the fact that guilds are a bit dirty, and this guild has a lot of old threads and misplaced threads.
Stay on Zelda - This is a Zelda guild, if you want to talk about other games/series use the spam subforum.
Cut down the announcements and stickies - self explanatory, the stickies are supposed to be big time things, posting of friend codes shouldn't be a sticky. sweatdrop Something more along the lines of come here to introduce yourself, or the trivia game I was talking about earlier.
Front Page - I can't stress this enough, what your front page looks like will depend on if users will want to join the guild or leave it. Make it informative, and welcoming
more contests - More contests = more users.

Hmm...I agree with you, the guild is a bit messy, and we have a few too many announcements. The reason the friend code thread is a sticky is because it doesn't get posted in, though. XP
I'll mess around with it. Do you more specific suggestions for the front page?

The problem is not many people post in subforums....it's deserted....

Btw i think that sig needs updating! =D yeah it's updated. 83 and idk when i was leader I tried to make sure people posted. But I haven't managed a guild in so long so it's hard to remember what i did to do that. xd You remember streaky, our old guild was booming.

I agree with you on every thing mostly on the sign up page because it has a great picture but it needs more info.
