So how many people here feel that it would be nice to have someone petition (namely myself and hopefully some serious supporters) in trying to get a 'mail all' button for making guild newsletters and keeping guild members engaged.
And possibly getting it changed so the sub-forums actually show a counter next to them for number of posts, topics, and replies?

Hey guys I have an update for you. Today at 6 P.M. I had my boyfriend log in under my account to post my questions up in the "Ask the Admins" topic. These were my questions:
1. Do you intend to update Gaia guilds at all anytime soon? Considering they are a bit out-dated from the rest of the forums.
2. Can we expect to see any new features that will be added to guilds to make it easier to tell how active a guild is? (Such as a post count for sub-forums, most recent posts, number of replies in subform/topic area/etc.)
3. If guilds are to be updated can we expect that it will have a "Mail all Members" feature to make it easier to keep our guild members involved in guild activities and informed on guild events?
The answer is "Yes, we will be working on guilds sometime in the fall". Frankly it's not soon enough for my tastes but the good news is, we can look forward to them actually doing something about improving the guilds. So celebrate!

My questions had been answered and they have updated guilds since but not in the ways we hoped, plus the update was LATE! He said sometime roughly in fall and it was late/mid-winter by the time the update came out. I still think that having some form of "guild update" feature to inform members of what's new would be nice because the system we have is still, dare I say it, crappy sadly. -.-;
