As the title says, here is where we can all come to share our favorite recipes. So post your famous dishes here or ask if anyone has got a recipe that you need. I'll try to find the recipe for my mom's oh so amazing buttery corn bread and yummy banana bread so I can put those up here. They are quite heavenly.

Here's a super easy lamb dish:
1 Leg of Lamb 1-2 Whole Garlic (depends on how much you like garlic) Fresh or dry Rosemary (Fresh preferably) Olive oil White wine or Soy sauce Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place lamb in pan. Slice lamb and stuff garlic cloves (cut in half or quarters) and some rosemary inside. You can also make little slices around the lamb to stuff garlic cloves in to give it extra flavor. Pour some olive oil and white wine or soy sauce over the lamb. Sprinkle rosemary on top of the lamb. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put it in the oven till it's done (probably about 25-30 minutes). Baste the lamb a few times with the sauces. I also like to put it on broil for the last couple minutes so the outside gets cooked real nice.
It's a very simple dish but it's also very tasty. It goes nice with some garlic mashed potatoes or roasted red potatoes. Sorry I don't remember how to make the gravy, I'll post how to make that once I get it from my Grandma.

Ooooo, I <3 recipes!
Let's seeeeeee, I could share a yummy meatloaf recipe!
Ingredients: 1-2 lbs/slabs of hamburger/ground beef/turkey 2 eggs 1 slice of bread 2 tbsp mayo (big globs, it's for consistency and this is just the bare minimum needed) seasoning (garlic salt, pepper, whatever u wanna add)
Directions: - Preheat oven to 350. - Make sure meat is completely defrosted before mixing ingredients in. Mush all items together (preferably w/ hands cause that's the best way to mix it) and be sure to tear the bread into small pieces before mixing it in. - Allow it to cook for 1 hour, but remove after 1/2 hour to empty out oil. - At about 45 mins, remove oil again and add ketchup for delicious top layer.
READY TO EAT!

MAKING okay so what we do is BOIL the noodles until ready, 20-30 minutes. And boil the sauce with garlic on it, NO WATER IN SAUCE!!! when you get it to your PLATE xD and then put the sauce on it, at the cheese,AND THEN THE FINALE!!!! You must mix it up, MAKE IT HAVE THE FLAVOR!!!!! mrgreen

Breakfast Strata (serves 8 to 10)
12 slices of bread (cubed) 1 pound of bacon (cooked) 1 roll of Jimmy Dean sausage that's been cooked n' drained or 1 pound of cooked bacon 8 eggs 1 Quart of milk Dash of Worcestershire (You can't taste it though) Salt and pepper to taste 1 onion chopped (optional) 1 cup shredded cheese
Butter a 9" x 13" dish. Layer half of the bread, half the bacon and sausage, and half the cheese (and onion, if used); then layer the other half of the bread and meat. Beat the eggs, milk, and seasonings together, then pour over the bread and meat. Top it with the remaining cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. It will be done when an inserted knife comes out clean.
And in case this is too much food for one meal, you can halve the recipe, and just use one pound of bacon.
