So, even though there are only like three people other than myself who actually come to this guild, I figured I'm make an announcement.
You may have already noticed a few changes, and there are most certainly going to be more to come! Obviously, the reason why we aren't getting any new members coming into the guild is because it isn't attracting anyone's attention. So, I figured I'd do a lot to try and fix it up, and make it look like a more respectable, prettier guild.
I know, I know, that sounds really gay, but c'mon, I didn't know how else to word it. So, just give me some time, and even though things may look really sketchy right about now, I'm working on it, and since I've got practically no life, it should be done pretty soon.
So, if you're one of those people who look forward to change, get used to it, because I'm really hoping that all the work I put into fixing the guild up will really make a difference, and hopefully we'll start seeing new faces.
Of course, I'm not the only one that'll be working to fix the guild up. You guys can do whatever you want to contribute, give me some great ideas, or suggestions, make a donation to the guild of a few hundred gold so that all the sub forums I buy don't ALL have to come out of my own pocket (Though I guess I don't really mind; Gaia gold is just gaia gold) advertise banners, whatever you can think of that'll help us, go for it.
And for starters, like I said, I was thinking about making a new banner for the guild. So if anyone here has any pictures they think may look great as a banner, go ahead and help me out a bit, and lets see 'em! =]
In the mean time, just bear with me while I reconstruct the guild, and mix it up. Hopefully, you guys'll like it by the time I'm done! =]
(By the way, when you said I could go for it Ty, I really hope you knew this is what I meant by 'Can I make some changes'.)

good job, im definitly impressed. Im acctually jelous you have done better than I did, and I even tryed to make a flash video! But I never managed to be the owner again, and I hope we can get around to that. Tell me about 'Putting it together'! and to top it off, im going to try and make somthing really special for you guys wink

Well, I was thinking about a few subforums for organization.
Active Role-Plays [Simply that; RPs that recieve more than one post weekly]
OOC [A place to chat when one is not engaged in Role-Playing]
Retired Threads [Inactive, or discontinued threads that receive less than one reply a month]
And maybe some others; I haven't really thought about it yet. But, that way when people see the main forum of the guild, they can just skim through the titles and see what everything is. That'll kind of be like the Intro to the guild, and a place for announcements and upcoming events, or whatever's going on in the guild.
This way, when we get more people, it'll be easier to organize. People will have to start their new RP up in the Active RPs sub-forum, and if it doesn't go anywhere after four weeks, I'll move it to the retired, or inactive sub-forum.
If an inactive Roleplay happens to start up once again, and it is possible, then I, or Ty, or whoever else is able too, can just move it from the inactive forum to the active one.
=] I've already got the subforums set up, and my next goal is sending out messages to EVERY inactive member in the guild and letting them know that if they don't start to show up, then they're going to be banned. No hard feelings or anything, but that's just what we need to do in order to keep organization.
I was thinking about perhaps just banning everyone, and saying that if anyone feels like coming back, just send me a PM and I'll re-invite you if you promise to become an active member.
That's my next big goal for this guild.
OH! And you guys'll notice that I moved IYFTT to the Active Role-plays subforum. =] Sorry, but you guys'll just have to do a little bit of extra clicking to get there now. Gotta keep it organized!!

Oh, and I know that we can't ever really make you the owner again, but I was thinking about re-writing some of the opening posts and having you post them. That way it still kind of seems like you own the place, even if I help out a bit every now and then. =]
I tried to promote you again, but only the Captian of a guild can promote someone to Vice-Captian.
I, being a Vice-Captian, don't have the authority to promote someone to my rank. D: I'm sorry Ty; Gaia's Guilds have made it so that you can only be a crew member, not Vice captian.
Dude... this sucks balls. :[ I'm sorry.

Tell me about it, I was a member for four out of five years! 3 of them were on that file! with atleast 60k on it!!!

Tell me about it. This account got banned for sending like... I dunno, I think it was Chain-Mail or something. I DO NOT send out chain mail. But, apperently, sopmeone reported me for it, and I guess mods found that person's claim reasonable, and I got banned for like three days.
Granted, it's nothing like a permanent ban. That would suck.

I'd also like ta let you guys now that I'm gonna be trying to make up some good new RP's that some of the newer members may feel more comfortable joining. I recently banned all of the members of this guild who are inactive, but I wanted you guys to know that I also invited a few people that I saw out in the Barton Town part of Gaia that I thought had some real potential, and some pretty worthy RPing skills!
They were literate, not overly amazing, 'my character is so much more godly-er, and prettier, and stronger, and more amazing that yours' kind of people. However, I'm not sure if they would exactly feel comfortable joining up with If You Found The Time, simply because it's been just the four of us for so long, and they may not want to join just because they'd probably have no idea what's going on.
So I'm going to be trying to start up some new RPs that they may want to join. Hopefully I can come up with enough that the new members may be interested in a few of them, and hopefully it'll really get this guild moving again.
So, if anybody can, I'd really appreciate it if they could maybe work on developing and starting up any new RPs they can think of. Or, if you've only got a partial idea developed, and you don't really know what to do with it, please, feel free to post it here. I'm sure we can work SOMETHING out with it.

Nice, I was thinking of a new roleplay of real lifeish, but its at a resteraunt, and the manager is a vampire, or the workers are picked to be vampires, then they go after other workers. Oh, a key, the resteraunt is open at night, and vampires order too surprised
