I've seemed to notice there isn't alot of anime that has shoujo-ai compared to shonen-ai anime.
Is there shoujo-ai anime that I haven't heard about besides the main stream ones? (EX: Kannazuki no Miko)
IS ALL JUST IN MY HEAD?!
What do you all think?

So true...
I'm so desperately annoyed by that xDDD
I wish there are more shoujo-ai that focus on the relationship. How it started and how it grows...

Some of these anime don't really emphasis on shoujo-ai but pretty cute:

That was true years ago, howeverm I have noticed that certain groups have been reprinting shoujoai/yuri manga out here in the US. 3nodding

i know, there is definentally way too much shonen-ai/yaoi. the other day i was at an anime convention and they had this big yaoi stand in the dealers room and in almost every other stand they had a box for yaoi, they were handing out things for a yaoi con and some big drawing thing but absolutely NO yuri, not even shonen-ai. i looked everywhere in the convention and not one even mention of anything shoujo-ai.
But yah, i definentaly love negima, its an amazing manga. i love anything and everything by ken-akamatsu.

Umm.. Best Student Council has a Shoujo Ai feel. But yeah so true I wish there were more.

It's a sad but true fact simply put most yaoi is by women and there are more women then men. In general not just in Japan, I like when they have a bit of yuri even when it's unrequited like CCS. Although in that case I liked the cannon pairing as well. Oh it's not got much then very implied but Bleach has a bit. I should note I'm not talking about that really annoying girl with glasses, I'm talking about Yoruichi/Soi Fong (implied). But at the same time the best coupling would have to be one that isn't implied at all Tatsuki/Orihime, because it's not all about rampant lust.
I know how you feel considering the buying yuri I've got to make sure I go early into Ame this year. It's a con in England and last year a dealer told me they had some it just went very very very quickly. >.<

theres also azu manga daioh, canon but unrequited. also i have noticed a show called strawberry panic on the shelves lately lookes very shoujo-ai has anyone seen/heard of it?

Saw an adult manga at a Borders the other day that had het and yuri in it. I was considering buying it, but maybe I'll check out some reviews for it first and see if there is an equal amount of both, or if there is more het. I don't remember what it was called though, sadly.

All of these are Yuri... and all of these are being translated into English and sold in book stores. (The ones with a star are ones I've actually read... xD I've only flipped through or heard of the others...)
As for anime, however... I know that both Strawberry Panic and kashimashi have an anime adaption. :3 (The Kashimashi series is sold, with subtitles only, by Anime Works. I don't own any Strawberry Panic.)

This doesn't emphasize shoujo-ai HOW? That's the main theme, dontchya know?! It's amazing, to me. I love it.
