Kare First Love


Plot Summary: Karin Karino, a student at an all-girls school is shy and somewhat of a klutz. She is easily taken advantage of by her classmates when it comes to doing homework and doing after school chores. Aoi Kiriya a student at an all-boys school is Handsome, popular, and intelligent. Both seem to be exact opposites, but soon their paths intertwine when Kiriya accidentally pulls up Karin’s skirt on the bus while actually trying to return a book she dropped. Kiriya goes to her school to give back her book but ends up asking her on a date. Kiriya teaches Karin to stand up for herself and to teach her to not be afraid of falling in love.

Anyways some ones I love are: (P.S. Just so you know, I'm a shojo girl.. I love me the shojo mangas, they fulfill my need for angst, romance, drama, etc)

Only the Ring Finger Knows


Plot Summary: At Wataru Fujii's high school, it's all the rage to wear paired rings with the girl you love. Wataru wears one though he is single, and one day inadvertently discovers that his ring pairs up with that of tall, handsome and smart Yuichi Kazuki, the senior classman idolized by the entire school. Though Kazuki has a reputation for being kind to all, when dealing with Wataru, he is strangely harsh. Their paired rings somehow draw them together and the two alternately clash and attract, as they must sort out their budding feelings for each other.

Gravitation (the manga is 10 times better then the anime)



Plot Summary: Shuichi Shindo is a normal 18 year old boy finishing up his senior year of high school. However, Shuichi's mind isn't on grades or girls, all he wants to do is make a famous band. One fateful night when Shuichi is working on song lyrics, his paper with his lyrics get away from him, and a stranger picks them up. The man is Eiri Yuki, a famous romance novelist who tells Shuichi that his writing skills are grade school level. From that moment on, Shuichi is determined to find Yuki and have him explain his rudeness...he just doesn't realize that it was love at first sight for him, even though they are both men. When Shuichi finally finds Yuki, it's a journey of society obstacles, hilarious mishaps, frightening experiences, publicity interference, and haunting pasts trying to keep them apart. But, it's just the gravitation of fate and love that always pulls these lovers back together everytime.

Hot Gimmick


Plot Summary: Hatsumi is just a regular girl, living in your regular company apartment complex, with your regular neighbors, but when her sister asks her to go buy a pregnancy test, everything gets out of hand. Afraid for her family’s reputation, Hatsumi gets black mailed into becoming the neighborhood bully’s slave. Then Hatsumi’s childhood crush moves back into the neighborhood, and it seems that all the guys in the neighborhood are out to get with her. It’s neighbors in love, and it’s scandalous.

I love these two mangas.. and since he recommended them before i decided i would post what he said about them.. Parakiss is an awesome series.. and also if you like that you'll like Nana which is by Ai Yazawa.. who made Nana and Paradise Kiss. (Parakiss for short)
