I've been collecting Disney pins for the past five years or so, and though I'm not an über collector like some people you see, I have quite a few and I do like collecting them. My favorite is my Steamboat Willie pin because it took me forever to find (I finally traded a cast member for one). biggrin
Anyone else like collecting pins?

YES. That is my straight answer. been collecting since 2000 (my first trip to Disney)
I should take some photos of my collection. Mainly Mickey pins, I do have some state pins andsome others.
I have 4 main collections:
Mickey Mouse The Lion King The States and Black and White history ones.

History ones? Do you mean the ones with photos of Walt Disney on them too?

The only thing I collect are Fairy Cards made from Tree-Free paper. That and knee socks... though I'm not as avid a collector as the former.
But Disney stuff... sadly I don't collect.

No, more like black and white ones that have a character in their earlier versions with backdrops, black and white old movie characters and stuff like a pin with a black and white image of Walt's first animation desk.

I have pictures of my pins, though not all of them. I seem to be missing quite an amount.
When I can get the pics off my mom's camera, I'll let you know.

I have all of the villian pins. I bought most of them in a set and then bought the older, more expensive ones online. I have very few hero ones, but I do have a rather rare Wonderland one with Alice and the Mad Hatter.

When I can get the pics off my mom's camera, I'll let you know. Cool! I might take some photos of mine, too. A few years ago we had to do a school project on our hobby and I did pin trading (hadn't been doing karate then lol), so I have quite a few of mine all arranged in a picture frame.

I don't have a ton of pins, but I do like collecting them. I recently lost my Mad Hatter pin, though, so I am rather sad. DX
Though, I'm going to Disneyland on Friday, and last I was there, I saw a pin with Mickey standing in front of a little picture frame with Walt in it, and I'm hoping it's still there when I go. I want it~ XP
Maybe I'll scan what pins I have to keep track.

Oh, that sounds like fun. I hope you enjoy your trip to Disneyland, it is a great place to visit. Well, be sure to tell us what pins you get there. The Mickey-Walt one sounds rather impressive. On a side note, I love your username. You got that from the Wicked Witch in MGM Studio's "Fantasmic," correct? Either way, I like it.

I love pin trading biggrin the type of pin I buy differs if Im in disneyland paris or wdw, in wdw pin trading is WAY bigger than its european cousin. So when Im in disneyland paris I collect anything with its logo/rides/castle/hotels on it, and if anything takes my fancy. In wdw I can splurge more on villain pins (which is my favourite collection, especially maleficent and the evil queen, in fact a cast member gave me an exclusive cast member pin of the evil queen once, because "I was such a fan"XD)

Oh, those are my favorite to collect as well. In fact, just last summer during work one of my fellow employees at Disney World gave me a Shere Khan pin he had found for me, which completed my Villian Collection. Cost me a small fortune, that collection, but now I am moving on to Main Heroes. There are too many good guys to start on them all, so I am just focusing on the main one and mostly only the males at first. One step at a time.

When I get a job, I plan on using some of the money to amass myself with every Lion King pin known to man.
