I want to make a nice goth loli or kogal for under 50 bucks. I sew pretty well without a machine but not the best and i have cloth store near me. But I need some materials or already made stuff.

sewing part.. good luck because it is hard to sew without a machine.. (I have a machine.. XDD) You could also check your local thrift store, there is plenty of stuff you could get there.
