As you all probably know by now, I broke my arm about 3 weeks ago and had it set with a steal ball and teflon cap a week and a half ago.
Well I finally got a phone call back from the doc's office to have the staples removed on the 24th of March. I had phone several times asking for an appointment and didn't get a response till I e-mailed them and asked which size dikes I should use to remove them. The nurse laughed but said the doc didn't think it was funny.
I have lost 15 pounds since I broke the arm but I wouldn't suggest that it is an ideal way to loose weight.
