What colours would you most associate with your Ffw friends?
For example:
Angel - clearly would be pink due to her everlasting font colour.
So what about the rest of ffw?

The word 'Colour' comes from french. England had a french king- and through generations- colour has been adapted into the english language.
And since you speak english.. colour is correct- although americans took out the u.. cause they were drunk at the time.

Bah, languages are ever evolving.
Fact is, Color is far more economical. For example:
Color Tide
They'd have to redisign that entire bottle to fit in that extra U. ANNND they'd spend extra money every year printing an extra letter that isn't even necessary.
If i had my way, we'd change through to thru, but that would never happen, and I digress.
