The story goes that a Songstress and her Knight, fought against the darkness in our darkest hour. the darkness fled from our world and the people rejoiced through song. There songs lifted there very hopes and dreams to the heavens. Song began to fill the land and the world was ingulfed in sound. But as in all things, this to came to a end, people forgot the power of there songs, and for this sin the darkness has returned.
(A Story passed down in the village of Onira)
Even today there is those born with the power of song, they are known as songstresses, and through the power of there magic and science they created the enders, the knights of the songstresses. Through song the songstress can bring about mighty magic and through her hymns she can bring out the spirits hidden within her ender. All of this to fight against the darkness which they brought apon themselves.
But in the village of Onira, where even sense the day the world lost its song, they have continued to sing, in a village where there songs are the most pure and the exsistance of the darkness and the enders has gone unknown. Till today.
(This is a Story mixed with one of my favorite games Ar Tonelico and my personal Story The ender saga)

A young girl with pure light blonde hair strolls through her village, enjoying the calm and peaceful atmosphere the villagers give off while she hums to herself.
She walks towards the middle of the village. In front of the girl's eyes is a statue of two people: A Songstress and her Knight from the legend that has been passed down in the village. The young girl always stops and stares in awe while she passes by and always enjoys listening to it whenever she gets a chance to.

"Aeri, hurry up!, its almost time for the performance, and your finally the lead" *The man seemed excited, he had grown up with aeri and had become quite fond of her sense a early age, his name was Lawrence and he was a hunter in the village, known for his skill with his bow* "come on!" *he grabs aeri's hand and begins to drag her toward the stage*

"All right, all right!" Aeri smiled cheerfully as she's pulled by Lawrence. "I nearly forgot I was going to be the lead..." Aeri had been enjoying her stroll so much that she nearly forgot about her performance and finally being the lead songstress. What made her more happy than being the lead is singing her heart out to all who live in the village. "I'm a little nervous, Lawrence...Do you think I'll sing well...??"

"I cant wait to hear your beautiful hymn" *Lawrence looks at Aeri while still running hard towards the stage* "Its to keep the barrier up around the village so you better try your best"

She nods and waves, "I will! Just wish me luck...!!" Aeri winks at Lawrence and quickly steps up toward the stage. "He's right, I have to do my best." All she could think about is preforming to her fullest extent and making sure everything goes smoothly for her and the whole festival.

Village Chief: "Aeri its good of you to make it on time for a change" *The village crowd laughs* "Anyways...here" *The chief hands the Hymn Crystal greria to Aeri*

Aeri rubs the back of her head in embarrassment and shrugs, "Better late than never I guess~!" Taking the crystal, Aeri prepares herself. She gently puts the crystal to her chest, activating the crystal. Seals begin to surround her as the crystal glows brightly and finally encircling her. The seals disappear and the crystal's light fades now allowing Aeri to begin to hymn.
Her voice was soft yet full of energy and spirit, all of the villagers seemed to be affected by her beautiful hymn as if they were in a peaceful trance. The hymn itself felt like it transcended through the village and breeze... Aeri was certain that no one else thought she would preform this amazingly, and she even surprised herself.
"Evergreen fields, calm breeze, we seek your comfort,
The skies call upon your force of protection,
Let the winds guide us and forever be our protector
Souls need not worry, for the forest shields us from all,
Our blessed evergreens forever prosper for eternity..."

*The Hole village is in awe of the Hymns beauty, song by Aeri, she had a amazing voice and it was only rumors till proven now that she was probably one of the better songstresses in the village*

Aeri's voice slowly fades into the wind as she finishes her hymn. Bowing to the village, Aeri steps down and glances back and fourth for Lawrence, "I need to know how he liked my singing..."

*Right as aeri got off the stage a huge explosion hit the barrier around the village* "what the hell!?" *Lawrence called out* "whats going on!?" *The villagers started to panic intill the chief directed everyone to stay calm for the moment*

The explosion startled Aeri and made her fall back, "...!! Ahh, what was that...?! Lawrence?!" She stood back up and grabbed his arm, "Are we being attacked...?"

"More then likely...." *just as soon as he said it, the barrier was suddenly destroyed by a unkwon source* "what the hell could break the barrier that quick!?!?" *Confusion spread intill someone pointed up and screamed* "Flying machines could be seen and what appeared to be song magic was being fired from them, one hit smack in the middle of the village and destroyed the statue* "We need a barrier now!" *Lawrence pulled out his bow and slung a arrow on it just as five songstresses begin there Defense song magic*

Aeri never thought the village would be attacked... Never in her mind did it cross her that there would be a battle in her village. "Lawrence, I'm going to help the others!" Aeri bolted where the machines were attacking, not knowing what she's getting herself into...Only the thought of protecting her beloved village was racing through her mind.

*Men clad in armor begin to charge into the village cutting down the villagers in there way* "Aeri!!!!!" *Lawrence screamed as he let his arrow fly into the throat of a man about to slash at aeri* "These guys made a big mistake!!" *the villagers where in no way push overs and were having little trouble killing off the foot soldiers with few deaths on there side, and there song magic was over whelmingly powerful*
