Charis work quickly as he dragged out the dummy he borrowed from his trainer. A dummy, as in one used for training... not an actual dumb pokemon or whatever. His tail wagged excitedly. He was going to help train Frostburn a bit today. Whatever world she spoke about actually being from must be very different from his own if she didn't know of such things. It just made her even more interesting to him...

Frostburn crept out of the brable bush she had spent the night in. Dew clung to her fur as she yawned leiserously. She took a deep breath, expecting what she smelt to be her Clan, but none of it came. She didnt know what was dream or reality anymore. She seemed to keep appearing here in this strange world, but will be in her own at the same time. She shook herself, and headed off to hunt before meeting up with Charis. He was supposed to teach her the basics of fighting as an 'eevee,' and in return, she would teach him of the warrior code.

Frostburn crept silently through bushes, watching charis. She had found him pulling a large thing, but she stayed hidden for now. She was glad though that at least she still possesed her scenting skills.

Charis did his best to put the dummy upright by pushing him up against a tree. He took a few steps back away from it and smiled. It was all ready. "Perfect! Now this will be safer and more convienant then a rock," He said to himself. "Now all I need is Frostburn to be here and it's all set!"

Frosburn slipped quietly from the shadow of the bushes to sit beside Charis.
"So, thats what we're going to practice on? Not as good as a cat to cat fight, but, we're not cats in this world. I'll just have to adapt and this is the best way to do so. So, where were we?"]

"Heh, I just thought it would be better if we took it easy for today," He explained to her. He hoped he didn't offend her by not getting an opponet or something. "We can do head to head combat later if you want." He crouched back and locked his eyes onto the target. "Today will do tackle. Basically you charge at your target and hit them with all you got." Like he said, he charged at the dummy and hit it right in its "belly." He jumped back afterwords. "See?"

Frostburn nodded, though as soon as she began the charge, her memory flashed back to the rouges she had fought when she was lost in her other 'life.' On impulse, she bared gleaming white teeth and leapt, paws outchtretched. She landed on the dummy, her eyes glimmering with anger as she impulsively clamped onto it with her teeth, andbattered and hit the dummy with all the might her legs had. Then, she suddently flashed out of the m emory and her eyes grew wide. She had just done that instead of what Charis had done. She instantly dropped from the dummy, her tail lashing angrily she had done that.
"Sorry..." She whispered, glancing back at the dummy who now had teeth maks and stuffing spilling out with a weak looking side. She padded back over to Charis and asked quietly, "Can I try again?"

Charis had watched her. Well... it hadn't been any kind of tackle he had ever seen, but it was certainly an interesting one. It might of done some damage on an opponet, but it might be considered a different attack rather than "tackle." He nodded his head. "Sure, try as much as you want. We got a ton of time," He said and smiled at her. He wondered what had caused her to attack like that, however. Something seemed to have been on her mind now that he thought about it....

Frostburn focused hard, before charging once more. She leapt, throwing herself at the dummy, knocking it hard againt the tree and causing his to flop at the impact. Frostburn wriggled away from the doubled up dummy and shook herself, satisfied she had not let her memories cloud her judgment.

If Charis was able to clap, that would of been what he would be doing at this moment. Instead, he cheered for her. "Yeah! That's how you do it. I figured you'd get all this stuff right away." He walked up a bit closer to her. "The harder attacks come with evolution I think. Where we sort of control one element for the rest of our lives. Its pretty cool actually..."

"Elements are well..." That question was a hard one to answer, even for him."Well they're many things like fire, water, eletrictiry, flight, ice, grass.... well they're what makes up the Earth." He grinned."Evees...have the power of choosing their element." He wagged his tail. "I want to be a fire pokemon or a steel one like my dad."

Frostburn cocked her head and twitched her ears.
"Okay...I kinda get it..." She said, then blinked in confusion. "How many different things can we turn into?"

"Well... theres a flareon, the fire pokemon, a vaporeon which is water, jolteon which is electric, leafeon which is grass, glaceon which is ice, umbreon which is dark, espeon which is psychic, buggeon which is bug, aeereon which is flying, draggeon which is dragon, spookeon which is ghost, subtereon which is ground, steeleon which is steel, and brawleon which is fighting. And that's all I know..." He laughed a bit. "And you know, evees might seem pretty small and weak compared to other pokemon are here, but were pretty unique. Most pokemon are born with an element and stick with it. They only got one evolution too, but us evees, we have so many choices. It's pretty neat if you think about it."

Frostburn blinked and shook her head.
"Bah, this species is complicated..."She said. "Either way, was there anymore you needed to teach me? Or do you want to see some normal Clan fighting moves?"
