This is a small restaurant that acts as a bar as well. Not many are here, and most that are look like storm riders. The few who are around look like they are wealthy enough to afford the food, and are wearing all expensive clothing. The place looked fancy, and when youo would sit down you would realize everything on the menu was at least $100.00

Braig landed and lead Wolf inside."There we flew for 5 minutes."
"Great im starving. Do they have a vegen menu." He took a seat at the both.
"Listen, I know your on hard time but there no reason not to belive in god." He looked puzzled.
"It means I dont eat meat." Wolf looked depressed. The waiter came up. "I'll have a baked potato, with butter and cheese, and a cherry coke."
The waiter had a puzzled look on his face. "You just ordered in english, you have so many problems you don't even know what native tounge to use?" Braig told the waiter the order in japanese. "And I have the steak, blue cooked, with red wine." The waiter nodded and walked off.
"I have to many problems." He set his head face down on the table."I need money."
"Wait till we get done here and i'll show you something." The waiter showed up with the food."Eat up."

Wolf sat down, like a lifeless lump. He would poke at his food once in a small while. He always had a frown on his face.
"Stop think about that girl and live your life.Why dont you go clubing with me and get some girls. Leave that idiot of a girl alone." Braig said with a smirk on his face.
Wolf only had the feeling he was stairing satan in the eyes. The old Wolf would have hit the crazy old man till he was black. He had to take all of the anger that was inside him for Braig being an a**. He always hated him, he thought a kid that wanted to be with his family was a idiot. He fired his his wrist, sending his plate flying into the bar, breaking a bottle of 1919 red wine. He got up and headed to the door. " I have another commitment, one that will make me go the right way."
"How much does that cost?" The waiter looked over. "2 million". Braig's face turned purple with rage. He jumped over the table lauching himself at Wolf. He hit Wolf with such force, in the temple of left eye, causing his forehead to bleed. He landed on top of Wolf. He hit him three more times, in the cheek, eye, and nose, leave a trail of blood where his ring hit Wolfs flesh. The waiter and came up to Braig. "Cash or Check sir?" Braig left his beating of Wolf to punch the waiter. That gave Wolf enough time to get up and leave. Wolf didn't didn't even try to throw a punch, showing his new control, not having to take any meds anymore, the new Wolf. "Your dead kid, I'll kill you and that girl."
Wolf watched as Braig got into the back of the cop car."Three strikes, he's going to prision. Glad I didn't tell him about Ryu." Wolf walked down the street to his motel.

Slicerin walked in, his backpack with his A.T's on his back. He walked up to the counter, and looked at the women who was currently waiting the restaurant. She smiled at him, and brought him to the table as he gave her a hug. since he was a regular, she saw him almost all the time. Slicerin was seated in the far back corner, and picked up a took off his sweater, putting it on his chair as he looked around. He had a feeling that someone may show up, but he was not sure if he would like having them around or not.

A figure darkened the doorway of the shop, Yang walked in holding his ATs by the strap over his shoulder. his normal shoes clacked on the floor as he walked into the expensive looking place. He whistled, never having any experience in places like this, but none the less he had followed the aura to this place. He scanned the restaurant and only one being stood out, way back in a corner. He began to walk in ignoring the the greeter asking him could she help him. He walked directly back to the table where the man was and sat down across from him, looking at him. "You...," he said to him "Can you fly?"

Slicerin looked at the man across from himself, a curious look in his eye as to why the man started to speak to him. His mind seamed to be somewhere else, but he responded to the man with the same remark he would have given to any man speaking to him about the subject.
"I can cut, and make blood poor from my victims. I can soar like an eagle through the skies to get to my destination. I enjoy a fight with someone who is potentially stronger then me, just so I could rip the pride from there souls. Is that what you wanted to hear?"
the Waitress walked over and put a glass of ice water in from of Slicerin and put a straw in it before putting two menu's on the table and kissing Slicerin on the cheek. He put a twnety dollar bill in her pocket before she walked away.

"Perfect!" he said to the man, it was about this time that the murmurs began to rise throughout the bar as the stormriders began to recognize the person who was sitting across from the man "My name is Yang Kaido, the Sky King" he said this without a sense of pride but simply as if it were a normal title, "And you have the King's aura about you," he informed the man. Ignoring the woman who was so cozy with the man and the menus she had set before them.

Slicerin smirked as he heard the mans title, happy that he would get to meet someone like this in such a place as he was in. He pointed to the menu as he grinned at the man, happy that he would have some company.
"You can order whatever you want. I'll pay, just stay and talk to me about something for a while. The names Slicerin, I am the fang king, and I have been looking for the regalia for a while. Would you happen to know where I can find it."
He seamed to be casual about the topic, as if he would discuss it with anyone. When he signalled for another glass of water, the waitress came over and put it in front of Yang.

"Would you happen to mean..." Yang reached down and into his backpack "...these" he pulled up a pair of AT that contained the Fang Regalia, "You, Sliceran, are definatly the next Fang King, your aura proves it. These AT have been calling out for you for a while, rightfully, they are yours." he looked grabbed the cup of water and took a drink from it as he placed the ATs back into his backpack. "I had to take the previous king's power away from him and it took me awhile to loacte the succesor which is you."

Slicerin laughed as he heard what the man said about his predecessor. He took the A.T's from his backpack that was hanging on his chair, and moved his glass of water. He put them on the table to show that they were customized to hurt others, and his eyes showed a barking dog. He looked calm and cool on the outside, but his aura couldn't be held back form Yang.
"The successor... yeah, my predecessor must have been a fairly big a*****e for you to have to fight with him. How would I be able to get those A.T's from you, the regalia that should be handed down to me?"
Slicerin ordered a steak when the waitress came over, she stood there waiting for Yang to order something.

"Simple really" Yang waved a hand dismissivley towards the waitress, he wouldn't feel right eating in an upscale place like where he was now, he was used to instant ramen in a cup. "All I have to do is find a place and crown you king. All we need is a place and some time," he told him.

Slicerin looked at Yang with a bit of an annoyance. He had been waiting a long time, and he wanted to get the regalia as soon as possible. He looked at the waitress as she left, smiling a bit at the way she walked.
"Ok, name the time and place, and I'll be there. I wouldn't mind it being tomorrow night in the park if you were able to pull it off."
He drank some of his water as he looked intently at the bag. He really wanted the regalia to finish off what he had dreamed of becoming.

Slicerin smirked, standing up and calling out to the waitress. When she walked over, he put his head next to her ear and whispered something, her head nodding yes to him.
"She says you can tell everyone here. Did I mention before that she was the owner?"
He kissed her on the cheek before taking his seat and looking at Yang, wondering if he would be so privileged as to have it happen this very instant.

He blinked in almost disbelief then sat back and laughed "So you're dating the owner? You dog you," he joked.
Yang stood and walked to the center of the floor. With great care not to scratch the floors he began to pick up and move tables and several chairs at a time until the entire center of the floor was cleared out in a circle, the storm riders at the bar looked on as Yang walked to his backpack and grabbed the ATs and brought them with him, both the Fang Regalia and the Sky Regalia AT. Yang put his own AT on and stood in the middle of the circle "Well, let's get this show on the road," he told Sliceran, most of the stormriders watched with great intrest, for most all of them it would be the first time they saw a crowning of a king.
