Do you need crew rules, the stage selection rules, and/or the specific team stall tactic rules aswell? You really only asked for the stock amount and the stages. Btw, any tournament that don't go by the above aren't MLG tournament rules ofcourse MLG rules are just the standard that doesn't mean all tournaments have to use them ofcourse.
