Because Miyuki seems to draw more Ecchi moments towards herself, and not Moe.
...at least you have influence.

Miyuki is the most deliberate moeblob in the show with the most individual moe aspects, but as a whole I'd say Yutakas moe is stronger because her elements (purity, little sister, sickly) are more endearing than Miyukis (glasses, clutzy, big boobs).

Aaa~, that all depends on who you ask. =w= I prefer Miyuki, Kagamin and Yuu-chan myself, but "Moe" can mean different things to different people. 3nodding It all depends on what you like.
