Hey there and weclome to Phoenix Railways! I know, I know, we're 'different' from the way things are done where you're from. But we have to accomodate ALL species you know.
From here, you can take the train to anyplace you want. Europe's Island, Andromeda's Castle..... We can even get you to the Rainbow Isles in no time at all!
There's just a few rules you gotta remember:
1) You've gotta have a ticket. This is pretty basic, I know. But hey, we only have two trains.
2) You will sit were you've been assigned to. We have no first class and all that other stuff. Check your ticket for your box and seat number.
3) The dining cars are only open from 7 am till 9 pm, no questions asked.
4) You will keep all PDA to a minimum. (Public Display of Affection)
5) OUr trains only go one way. You'll have to find other means of going back.
6)There are trains that go from here to Earth. However, to go to Earth, you'll need a special ticket. You can obtain those through the House of Za. It's just on the eastern side of the Ulei River. This does not apply coming from earth to kagaya.
I think those are pretty simple rules. Now, to where in Kagaya can we take you?

This is a pretty simple roleplay. There's no bad guy bent on rasing hell all because you caught him cheating on his algebra midterm. There's no crazed thugs running rampant because you broke their kitchen table or something. There's no out of control monster climbing up tall towers with some damsel in it's hands and won't stop screaming bloody murder.
The whole point of this RP is to live. The only catch is it's in a place called Kagaya.
