I watched Juno and I Am Legend. I liked the former but not the latter. The latter was really underwhelming and stupid.

The first one was...kinda repetative in it's jokes, but Jumper was freaking Awesome.

The most recent movie I watched was "Sweeney Todd". There's lots of blood in it, and I didn't like that, but I absolutely love Johnny Depp, and Alan Rickman and Helena Bonham Carter are absolutely wonderful, too, so I did enjoy it. Johnny Depp can sing really well, I think - and he's so hot! heart wink

There's a lot of meat and filth and stuff. sweatdrop

I saw "Beowulf" with pretty much my entire senior class in my high school because all seniors were reading either Beowulf the epic poem or reading Grendel. So it was pertinent. I'm not too sure about this movie's interpretation of the famous story, though.
I LOVED "JUNO"!!!!! "I Am Legend" was okay, but I was, like, freaking out. I didn't know I had signed up to see a zombie movie. And the ending could have been better.
I really still need to see "Sweeney Todd."
The most recent movie I saw was "Vantage Point." And it was HELLA FUNNY at the end. Don't get me wrong; it's not supposed to be a funny movie and it was a thriller indeed, but after a while...there are just a lot of things to make fun of in that movie. It wasn't that good, but I applaud the idea behind it. However, when Dennis Quaid said at the end, "Mr. President, I've got you," my whole little corner of friends in the theater just cracked up. It was great.

The last movie I saw in the theaters was El Orfanato. If you ever have a chance to see it, it might be showing in an art house in the States (it's a Mexican movie) with subtitles, do. It's a scary movie - but it's really good :]
The last movie I've seen in general is Freedom Writers - that was awesome C:

My brother said that Juno was the perfect movie. If by that he meant that there was nothing to be changed about it, I would have to agree with him. There wasn't a single thing about Juno that I would change. It was cute and good.
I just watched Jersey Girl, which was also cute. It was a positive, fun family film.
I was put off by the way they made Beowulf, so I didn't see it. Maybe if it is on TV I'll watch it, but otherwise I'm in no rush.
